Jane, our youngest, turned 17 yesterday.
November 7, 1990 – wow was it really that long ago. What an adventure you’ve had –
growing up and helping on the Edwards farm
taking a bus to school for several years
moving with us to Oshawa (2004)
singing in Kiwanis Music Festival – many times
being interviewed on CBC radio and having a listener send you Doris Day stuff
going with your high school band and choir to Chicago
traveling with us as a family to Florida, P.E.I., Myrtle Beach and other holiday destinations
learning sign language and helping out with a deaf teenager
serving on the worship team for youth and helping with youth ministry
working at day camp
getting and keeping your job at Tim Horton’s
going through the ups and downs of a job placement at Lakeridge, yet ending up in an amazing situation.
God has blessed you! We love you and are proud of you!
Hope you had a good day with Carolyn and Mom while I’m at the convention. We’ll party on Sunday with Nana & Grampy. And then soon…NEW YORK CITY!!!
